Jason Kassan is the founding shareholder of Kassan & Company APC. He has fifteen years of industry experience in tax, accounting, and as a business advisor.  Jason discovered early in his professional career that communication is key, as such he is a big proponent of ongoing contact with his clients, ensuring expectations are clear and everyone is well-positioned to benefit from opportunities.  As a CPA who specializes in helping people understand and improve their financial position and decision making, Jason has implemented strategies and techniques resulting in enhanced clarity, efficiency, and savings for his clients.

Jason has extensive experience working with an array of clients, ranging from closely held businesses to large publicly traded companies, as well as high-net worth individuals. Jason has gained a breadth of knowledge that he continues draw upon to provide the best possible service.  He regularly represents clients in the entertainment, professional services, real estate and technology industries.

After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics, Jason spent eight years working for two of the largest regional accounting firms based in California before starting his own practice.
